Crime reports from March 23 to March 29

The following crimes were reported by the Auburn Police Division from March 23-29:

March 23:

-Second-degree burglary was reported at the 800 block of W. Longleaf Drive.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 1300 block of Kent Drive.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 1000 block of Stage Road.

-Domestic violence and criminal mischief were reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 900 block of N. Donahue Drive.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 1300 block of Commerce Drive.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 700 block of Bedell Ave.

-Third-degree domestic violence and third-degree criminal mischief were reported in Auburn.

-An arrest was made at the Lee County Jail for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping.

-An arrest was made at S. College St. for third-degree receiving stolen property.

March 24:

-A 50-year-old was arrested in Auburn for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-An arrest was made at the Lee County Jail for failing to appear (traffic).

-A 19-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana in Auburn.

-A 23-year-old was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Second-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 700 block of W. Magnolia Ave.

-Third-degree criminal trespass was reported at the 200 block of Opelika Road.

-First-degree possession of a forged instrument was reported at the 7300 block of US 280 W.

-Criminal mischief and damage to private property were reported at the 400 block of White St.

-Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported at the 900 block of Alan Ave.

-Illegal possession and use of a credit or debit card was reported at the 300 block of N. Donahue Drive.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and second offense drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

March 25:

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at E. Glenn Ave.

-Second-degree theft of property was reported at the 1100 block of Opelika Road.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the 1800 block of Lakeside Circle.

-Burglary of a residence with force was reported at the 700 block of Martin Luther King Drive.

-Third-degree theft of services was reported at the 1000 block of E. University Drive.

-Possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

Third-degree theft of lost property was reported at the 1400 block of Millbranch Drive.

-Third-degree criminal trespass was reported at the 900 block of N. Donahue Drive.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-An arrest was made on McKinley Ave. for public intoxication.

-A 26-year-old was arrested for first-degree possession of marijuana in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for giving false identification to a law enforcement officer.

-An arrest was made for failing to appear (traffic) at Golf Club Drive.

March 26:

-Third-degree criminal trespass was reported at the 800 block of W. Glenn Ave.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 2000 block of E. university Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 1700 block of S. College St.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 300 block of Webster Road.

-Giving a false name or address to a law enforcement officer was reported at the 200 block of N. College St.

-Harassing communications was reported at the 700 block of Ellis St.

-Rendering a false alarm was reported at the 100 block of Northstar Ct.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 1100 block of Northstar Ct.

-Burglary of a residence with force was reported at the 1900 block of Rosie St.

-Third-degree domestic violence and interference with a domestic violence emergency call were reported in Auburn.

-An arrest was made at the 100 block of N. College St. for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

-An arrest was made at the 300 block of N. College St. for a probation violation.

-An arrest was made at the 900 block of Martin Luther King Drive for fleeing and attempting to elude and officer.

-An arrest was made at the 1900 block of Frederick Road for failing to appear (traffic).

-An arrest was made at the 100 block of Lakeview Drive for failure to appear, second-degree bail jumping, a probation violation and carrying a pistol unlawfully.

-An arrest was made for failure to appear and second-degree bail jumping at the 900 block of Old Mill Road.

-A 26-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer.

March 27:

-Second-degree possession of marijuana and first offense drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

-Criminal mischief and damage to private property were reported at the 200 block of Opelika Road.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at Webster Road.

-Obstructing government operations was reported at the 300 block of N. Gay St.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 700 block of Martin Luther King Drive.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at E. Glenn Ave. at E. Samford Ave.

-Identity theft was reported at the 400 block of E. Magnolia Ave.

-A 27-year-old was arrested for third-degree theft of property at the 300 block of S. Gay St.

-A 31-year-old was arrested for second-degree theft of property and third-degree theft of property at 141 N. Ross St.

-A 26-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at the 300 block of N. Gay St.

-An arrest was made for obstructing government operations at the 300 block of N. Gay St.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at the 1900 block of Fredrick Road.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication at Lee Road 867.

March 28:

-Harassment was reported at the 4300 block of Golf Club Drive.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Third-degree burglary was reported at the 1100 block of Lakeview Drive.

-Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the 1300 block of Commerce Drive.

-Second-degree possession of marijuana was reported in Auburn.

-Harassment and simple assault was reported at the 700 block of W. Veterans Parkway.

-Second-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 800 block of Foster St.

-Harassment was reported at the 2100 block of E. University Drive.

-Harassment was reported at the 900 block of Old Mill Road.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 1700 block of Pierce Chapel Road.

-Second-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 2100 block of Lee Road 12.

-An arrest was made for second-degree possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia in Auburn.

-A 23-year-old was arrested for third-degree domestic violence in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for a probation violation at the 1400 block of Richland Road.

-A 25-year-old was arrested for second-degree possession of marijuana in Auburn.

-An arrest was made for fleeing and attempting to elude an officer at the 2100 block of Lee Road 12.

-An arrest was made for public intoxication and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer at the 1700 block of Opelika Road.

March 29:

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 300 block of S. Donahue Drive.

-Third-degree theft of property was reported at the 200 block of Wire Road.

-Third-degree domestic violence was reported in Auburn.

-Theft from a public building was reported in the 1200 block of S. College St.

-Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported at the 700 block of Meagan Lane.

-Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported at the 1900 block of Downs Way.

-Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of N. College St.
