There will be some traffic interruptions and lane closures at the intersection of Opelika Road and University Drive between Saturday, Aug. 26-Friday, Sept. 4, from 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
Construction is wrapping up at the intersection and paving will begin Monday, Aug. 31. All lanes will be affected and workers will direct traffic as needed.
Drivers are encouraged to exercise caution and seek alternate routes.
