On Thursday, Auburn announced that four Tigers have found themselves on this year's preseason Rotary Lombardi Award watch list. The award is given annually to the nation's top offensive lineman, defensive lineman or linebacker.
The Auburn nominees are defensive tackle Montravius Adams, defensive end Carl Lawson, guard Braden Smith and linebacker Tre' Williams. The full list of nominees from across the country will be released later Thursday afternoon.
This marks the third preseason watch list for Lawson (Benarik, Nagurski) and Adams (Nagurski, Outland), second for Smith (Outland) and first for Williams.
