Auburn women's basketball picks up 2018 commit

Four-star guard Brooke Moore committed to Terri Williams-Flournoy and the Auburn Tigers Monday night. According to ESPN, Moore is the No. 57 overall player in the 2018 recruiting class and the No. 17 ranked guard.

Moore, a native of McDonough, Georgia, led the Henry County Warriors to a 20-6 season a year ago. In her sophomore season, the 5-foot-7 guard scored 23.8 points per game and was named 2016 1st-team AAAA All-State by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Auburn made their first NCAA Tournament since 2009 a season ago, and Williams-Flournoy will look to continue the success established last year. The Tigers will open the 2016 season Nov. 11 hosting the Troy Trojans.
