Auburn has completed its 2018 non-conference football schedule, as the Tigers will play Liberty on Nov. 17, 2018.
Auburn will host the Flames in-between road games at Georgia and at Alabama.
The match-up between Auburn and Liberty even drew the attention of President Donald Trump.
At his commencement speech at Liberty University, Trump jokingly questioned Liberty president Jerry Falwell’s football scheduling.
“Jerry – Auburn?” Trump said. “I don’t know about that, Jerry. This could be trouble, Jerry.”
Auburn will open its 2018 season against Washington in the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sep. 1, 2018.
Southern Miss and Alabama State round out the Tigers’ 2018 non-conference slate.
