For the second time in as many days, Auburn picked up a four-star defensive commit.
Jamien Sherwood, a defensive back from Jensen Beach, Florida, committed to the Tigers Tuesday morning. He is Auburn’s 11th commit of the 2018 class.
Sherwood had 69 tackles, two interceptions, four punt return touchdowns and was a first-team all-area selection in 2016. He also earned second-team all-state honors.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pound safety chose Auburn over Miami, Michigan and Florida.
