Investigations on two separate burglaries in Auburn have been connected with the arrest of a Notasulga man.
Dejarius Hightower, 28, was arrested on warrants charging him with two counts of burglary to the third, theft of property to the fourth, criminal mischief to the first, second and two counts to the third.
Auburn Police arrested Hightower on Sept. 5. The burglaries occurred on West Tech Lean and Teague Court on Dec. 26-27, 2016.
APD said someone forced entry into the business while closed. Police said physical evidence led to the arrest. Hightower was being held at Lee County Jail on similar charges before arrest warrants were released on the new charges.
He remains in custody on an addition $12,000 bond.
