Ambriah Sanquanetta Hunter, 23, was arrested on June 19 in Auburn on charges related to a burglary that was reported on December 31, 2017.
Hunter was taken into custody by the Auburn Police and charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property.
The burglary occurred at a residence in the 500 block of Thach Avenue. The victim reported that a perpetrator forcibly entered the residence while they were away and stole electronic devices worth approximately $900.
After the report was made, evidene from the scene was sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for analysis. DNA analysis linked Hunter to the crimes, and warrants were issued for her arrest.
With assistance from the Opelika Police Department, Auburn police transported Hunter to the Lee County jail, where she is being held on a $4,000 bond.
The case is still under investigation, and more arrests are anticipated.
