28-year-old man charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle

Blalock was transported to the Lee County Jail, where he is being held on a $3,000 bond.

Auburn Police arrested Stephen William Blalock, 28, on a felony warrant charging him with unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Sunday, July 1, 2018, the Auburn Police Division said.

Sunday afternoon at approximately 12:40 p.m., officers responded to an interrupted auto-burglary call at a residence in the 500 block of Lee Road 57.

Blalock was seen unlawfully inside a 1998 Jeep Wrangler at the residence, police said. 

He exited the vehicle once when he was discovered and subsequently taken into custody by the responding officers.

Blalock was transported to the Lee County Jail, where he is currently held on a $3,000 bond.
