What ever happened to "llok both ways" and "stop, drop, and roll" for street crossing safety? You're in college...learn to cross a street.

Wow! Fake news articles on April Fools day; quite original. Maybe you could do a special feature on mothers for Mother's Day, or write about something interesting in the headlines. You really are journalists on the breaking edge and the front lines. You go Plainsman!

I agree. If I were a young lad looking to choose a college to attend and I decided to look at the school newspaper for some "feel" of the campus and I saw that some joker from a shoe store and some old bag talking about feminist issues (really, her picture was not pleasant to view either), I think I'd choose Faulkner University over over based on this crappy Plainsman. Can't you go back old school and just write articles about parking issues and DUIs? At least is ws entertaining. This stuff sucks really bad.

seriously....who checked out and just gave up on this Web site?
like seriously.....
The last two weeks...headlines awful, spelling dismal, spacing in articles just lazy......if you don't want a Web site, then stop advertising for it, and stop updating it....people come here expecting consistent quality....you all are failing your readers...
Seriously...if you don't care then stop pretending to host a Web site, but don't let the program suffer because you are too lazy to give a solid effort and do your dang jobs.

really? this is how you guys are doing headlines now?
« BadNews67 wrote on Sunday, Apr 04 at 11:02 PM »
what does this headline even mean?

I think the writer needs to let the Supreme Court decide on the case. I highly doubt that it will be a 9-0 decision against the AGs.
Perhaps the writer should stick to Finance instead of Constitutional Law?
The Attorney Generals have a pretty good case. I think everyone should at least look at the official complaint: http://msnbcmedia.msn.com/i/MSNBC/Sections/NEWS/A_Politics/healthcare.pdf

So the guy that wrote this is a Fascist?

BadNews67 I agree the Plainsman could be better. These headlines and errors are also in the printed version. Why don't you volunteer to mentor their copy editors? It seems like they could use someone with an eye for details to at least get them started on the right path.
This is not to disparage the students who are working on the Plainsman, I appreciate their efforts. The general quality of newspapers here in Alabama is disappointing and I know it is difficult to work in a vacuum.

White clothes will really highlight the blood stains and make for some really nice crime scene photos. Thanks Dr. Davis for proving what a useless position being a Emeritus Professor of Architecture really is. Maybe you could also promote teeth whitening in your spare time.
