A week ago I finished a multi month journey of finding a job.  I went to school and took internships in hopes of landing my dream job of being a certified pharmacy technician. Post graduate school I applied to several places of employment but could not land a job.  I was forced to take a job at a retail store to make ends meet and in this time I implemented several steps that helped me achieve my goal.  I revamped my resume, I used this sample certified pharmacy technician resume as a template for improvements.  I also joined linkedin and got contacts with people in my career area.  I went to a couple career and interview help seminars and went job hunting with a new passion.  I sent my resume to 30 companies and got several call backs.  On my second interview I landed my dream job at a great company.
