Although I am not graduating until May, this will be my last column written as an Auburn student and as a member of The Plainsman.
As a journalist, nothing bothers me more than uninformed people.
My irritableness goes to a whole different level when people my age are uninformed about anything that is going on in the world, much less the United States where we happen to live.
Two universities grieved the loss of seven students who died in a North Carolina beach house fire last Sunday.
A Clemson University student and six University of South Carolina students were killed in the fire on Ocean Isle Beach. Six USC students were able to get out of the house; they were treated and released from a nearby hospital.
