The Auburn women's basketball team's SEC Tournament ended Thursday after a 57-47 loss to No. 18 Texas A&M.
Tra'Cee Tanner led the Tigers with 14 points and nine rebounds in the loss. Katie Frerking posted a double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds.
Auburn cut a double-digit deficit to just four with an 8-0 run going into halftime. However, the Aggies would break out on a run to start the second half, and would ease their way to a second consecutive SEC Tournament win over Auburn.
Courtney Williams scored 14 points and tacked on six rebounds with six assists for the Aggies. Achiri Ade, Courtney Walker and Chelsea Jennings each scored 10 points.
Auburn's finished the season 13-18.
