Members of the Army, Navy and Air Force ROTCs honored American prisoners of war and soldiers who are missing in action Friday.
ROTC members traded half-hour shifts in a mock cage from sunup till sundown on the Haley Center Concourse to symbolize POWs.
Members also took half-hour shifts performing the changing of the guard ritual seen at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C.
The day was completed with a candlelight vigil in front of Samford Hall.
Participants lit candles at sundown to honor the POWs and MIAs.
