Swim & Dive shines to pave the way for a championship appearance

Auburn’s Swim & Dive team travelled east for the NCAA Zone B diving championships for an action-packed four-day tournament at Gabrielson Natatorium in Athens, Georgia. Two separate championships will be held for the men’s and women’s teams. The Women’s 2026 NCAA Swim & Dive Championships are expected to begin on March 18 at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta. 10 Auburn female athletes are expected to compete. The Men’s 2026 NCAA Championships occur at the same venue, later that week on March 25th, with the same number of athletes present as the women’s.

Auburn men get second and women third at SMU Invite

To start the 2025-26 swim and dive season with a bang, Auburn had various great swims and dives at the SMU Invite in two days of competition inside the Robson and Lindley Aquatics Center. The Men scored 304 points, securing second place, while the women scored 248 points, grabbing third.

Auburn University SGA Votes to Commend University's 2024 Olympic Athletes

The Auburn University Student Government Association voted on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, to approve the commendation of the university’s athletes that competed in the 2024 Paris Olympics. 11 current or former Auburn University students competed at the games. These students represented 10 different countries and competed in six distinct sports.

Tigers split dual meets with Florida

Auburn swim and dive welcomed conference foe Florida to the Plains on Saturday where the two teams competed in a senior day dual meet. Joe Patching won three individual events and Ashley Neidigh, Natasha Lloyd, Aly Tetzloff and Michael Duderstadt each collected two individual wins on the day.  “I thought the women were outstanding today,” Auburn head coach Brett Hawke said.

Lazeroff one of 12 diving for Team USA spot

Auburn's Scott Lazeroff will dive for a spot on the USA Olympic Team on Sunday. The rising sophomore scored a 671.10 on Tuesday and stands in 11th after the platform semifinals at the 2016 USA Diving Team Trials in Indianapolis, Indiana. Lazeroff posted a 325.50 during Tuesday’s preliminaries and a 345.60 in the semifinals to be one of 12 to dive for an Olympic spot. David Boudia leads the field with a 1007.25, followed by Steele Johnson with 961.80.
