Auburn student Jessica Foshee, 20, died Saturday night from acute cardiac failure.
Police and EMS from East Alabama Medical Center responded to a 911 call from a residence on DeKalb Street at about 10 p.m.
Foshee was pronounced dead at the scene at 10: 22 p.m.
Reports said Foshee's boyfriend had left the residence at about 5 p.m. He later returned to find Foshee unresponsive and called 911.
A postmortem examination showed the cardiac failure was due to a congenital heart disease.
Foshee was a junior in history from Roswell, Ga.
