Get ready to boogie, Auburn.

On Friday, June 22 the first Full Tilt Boogie music and arts festival will commence at Fred's Feed & Seed in Loachapoka.

Located only seven miles outside of Auburn, the two day festival will feature live music, local artists, cupcakes and barbecue.

Local bands such as The Good Doctor, Less Than Heroes and Gypsies With Knives will be performing with other bands that encompass a wide variety of genres.

The event will begin promptly at 7 a.m. on Friday with a farmers market that also features local artisans and craftsman.

The festival will go until sundown on Saturday, June 23.

Musical performances will be split between The Pickin' Parlor (part of Fred's Feed & Seed) on Friday and Heritage Park's outdoor stage on Saturday.

The Full Tilt Boogie is sponsored in part by Fishizzles, The Voodoo Needle, The Gnu's Room and Mama Mochas. Interested parties can check any of these locations to purchase entry wrist bands before the show. A portion of the proceeds goes to support these businesses.

Tickets are on sale now and the weekend of the event. Tickets are $10 for one day or $15 for both days.

Fred's Feed & Seed is located at 6434 Stage Road in Loachapoka.
