For the first time this season, Auburn headed into the locker room at halftime with the advantage on the scoreboard.
Auburn leads 21-14 after 30 minutes of play and the team finally showed the potential talked about so often by Chizik and his staff.
The defense has not been stellar for Auburn and have already given up 206 yards of offense, 101 of those coming on the ground.
It has shown game breaking ability though with several key tackles for loss both on drives and special teams.
The offense has been a model of efficiency and scored on its opening drive for the first time since the Nov. 12 Georgia game last season.
Scot Loeffler is calling a balanced game for the Tigers with the team rushing 14 times for 85 yards and throwing 13 times for 147 yards.
More importantly, there have been no turnovers.
After a five-turnover game last week versus Mississippi State, Frazier finished the half 9 for 12 for 114 yards and a touchdown.
Instead of bringing the team down, Frazier has been the spark on offense catching a 33-yard throw-catch-and-run from Quan Bray to tie the game at 14 and closing out the game with a 33-yard jump ball to freshman wide receiver Sammie Coates.
With seven seconds left in the half, Frazier took fans back to last week as he was flushed left from the pocket and was about to be sacked for a loss.
However, Frazier remained composed, avoided the pressure, squared his shoulders and threw a hail mary into the back of the end zone where Coates was waiting.
Auburn will receive the kickoff in the second half.
