Auburn's 2012 season has been a dud, but now fans can begin looking ahead to the team's 2013 campaign as the SEC announced the 2013 conference schedules on Thursday, Oct. 18.
Auburn's conference schedule is predictably similar, however, the difficulty for the team lies in where the games are being played.
While the Iron Bowl will be played in Jordan-Hare Stadium this year on Nov. 30, Auburn's road schedule will pit them against some of the toughest crowds in the SEC.
The Tigers open conference play on Sept. 15 against Mississippi State at home.
The following week, the team travels to Baton Rouge to take on LSU in Death Valley where the team has been outscored 76-20 in its past two trips to the bayou.
Oct. 5, the Tigers host Ole Miss at home.
Oct. 19, Auburn will get its first taste of College Station, Tx. against SEC sophomores Texas A&M.
Nov. 2 kicks off a two-week road trip with Auburn traveling to Arkansas and then Tennessee the following week before returning home to take on Georgia at home for the second straight year.
