Sophomore wide receiver Quan Bray was arrested Sept. 28 in Carrollton, Ga., for violating his driving permit.
He was also charged for loud music and possession of an open bottle of alcohol, Captain Swain Harris of the University of West Georgia Police Department.
Captain Harris said Bray had not been drinking.
According to the University of West Georgia Police Department, Bray was pulled over on the University of West Georgia campus around 11 p.m. for loud music.
Once pulled over, officers realized Bray was driving on a limited driving permit and found an open bottle of alcohol.
Bray was held in Carroll County Jail last night and released on bond around 10 a.m. ET, according to Captain Harris.
Auburn coach Gene Chizik will tackle Bray's status following Sunday's practice.
