The NCAA East Preliminary track quarterfinals will feature four Auburn sprinters in the 100 meters competition Friday, May 23.
Kai Selvon, Harry Adams, Jeremy Hardy and Keenan Brock each earned a spot in Friday's race after placing in their heats early Thursday.
"Everything went great for the sprinters today," track and field coach Ralph Spry said. "They all advanced to the next round and looked pretty solid. We are glad to get off to a good start and are going to try and keep it going tomorrow. I'm excited about the results."
The four sprinters will compete for a bid to the NCAA Championships Friday, May 23 at 5:45 p.m.
