Auburn's defense had another player added to a preseason watch list on Monday morning, July 13.
Cornerback Jonathan Jones was named to the Jim Thorpe Award watch list, which is awarded every year to the nation's top defensive back.
This makes the second award Jones is up for, as he was named to the Bronko Nagurski Trophy watch list last week.
Jones recorded 36 tackles and 6 interceptions in 2014.
