Rivals100 dual-threat quarterback Lowell Narcisse announced at a ceremony on Monday, July 27, he will join the Tigers on the 2017 roster.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pound quarterback from St. James High School in Louisiana made his decision over Alabama, Clemson and the hometown favorite, LSU.
Narcisse makes the third commitment for the 2017 class, alongside five-star offensive tackle Calvin Ashley and four-star athlete Alaric Williams.
