During the summer 2015 graduation ceremonies on Aug. 1, there will be 1,144 degrees given, and Auburn alumnus Mike Warren Jr. will speak, according to a press release. Warren, Auburn class of 1968, is the president and CEO of Children’s of Alabama.
Warren has been awarded honors including the Auburn Alumni Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award this year and a spot in the Alabama Business Hall of Fame, according to the release.
According to the release, before working for Children’s, Warren was previously the president of Alagasco and the president and CEO of Energen.
