Incident reports for March 8–21

The following incidents were reported to the Auburn Police Division between March 8-21.

March 8: 

  • Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at the 2400 block of E. University Drive. 
  • Harassment was reported at the 300 block of E. Samford Avenue. 
  • Identity theft was reported at the 1000 block of Stage Road. 
  • Forgery was reported at the 1600 block of S. College Street. 
  • Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 40 block of N. Dean Road. 
  • Domestic violence third degree, interference with a domestic violence emergency call, theft of property fourth degree, and unauthorized use of a vehicle of force were reported in Auburn. 
  • Forgery second degree was reported at the 200 block of W. Longleaf. 
  • Possession of marijuana second degree was reported in Auburn. 
  • Leaving scene of accident was reported at the 1700 block of S. College Street. 

March 9: 

  • Harassing communications  and criminal littering were reported at the 1300 block of Commerce Drive. 
  • Identity theft was reported at the 700 block of W. Magnolia Avenue. 
  • Leaving scene of accident was reported at the 2000 block of E. University Drive. 
  • Criminal mischief was reported at the 1300 block of Gatewood Drive. 
  • Theft was reported at the 300 block of Burton Hall. 
  • Criminal mischief third degree was reported at the 500 block of N. Gay Street. 
  • Theft second degree was reported at the 2300 block of Lee Road 97.
  • Reckless endangerment was reported at the 1500 block of Wire Road. 
  • Identity theft was reported at the 1600 block of S. College Street. 
  • Possession of Marijuana second degree was reported in Auburn. 
  • Theft of property first degree was reported at the 1600 block of Bluestone Court. 

March 10:

  • Criminal trespass second degree was reported at Mell Street. 
  • Harassing communications was reported at the 2200 block of E. University Drive. 
  • Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 300 block of S. Donahue Drive. 
  • Identity theft was reported at the 1100 block of Lee Road 9. 
  • Theft was reported at the 600 block of Opelika Road. 
  • Criminal mischief third degree was reported at the 200 block of Mell Street. 
  • Theft of lost property fourth degree was reported at the 100 block of E. Magnolia Avenue. 
  • Theft of property third degree was reported at the 1200 block of S. Donahue Drive. 
  • Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 700 block of Barkley Crest Circle. 
  • Harassment was reported at the 100 block of N. College Street.

March 11:

  • Harassment was reported at the 100 block of N. Gay Street. 
  • Identity theft was reported at the 400 block of N. Gay Street. 
  • Simple assault was reported at the 1600 block of Opelika Road.
  • Criminal mischief was reported at the 1600 block of Aspen Heights Lane.   
  • Criminal mischief was reported at the 600 block of Heisman Drive. 
  • Harassment was reported at the 300 block of W. Thach Concourse. 
  • Criminal mischief third degree was reported at the 1000 block of Pleasant Avenue. 
  • Firearms license required and possession of marijuana second degree were reported in Auburn. 
  • Assault third degree and criminal mischief third degree were reported at the 200 block of E. Thach Avenue. 
  • Burglary third degree was reported at the 400 block of Sherwood Drive. 
  • Identity theft was reported at the 1300 block of Commerce Drive. 
  • Possession of marijuana second degree and drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn. 
  • Domestic violence third degree was reported in Auburn.
  • Criminal trespass first degree was reported at the 1000 block of Briar Cliff Lane. 
  • Possession of marijuana second degree was reported in Auburn. 

March 12:

  • Shoplifting was reported at the 1700 block of S. College Street. 
  • Theft of lost property third degree was reported at the 100 block of Technology Parkway.
  • Criminal mischief second degree was reported at the 2000 block of S. College Street. 
  • Unauthorized use of automobile was reported at the 1200 block of Opelika Road. 
  • Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported at the 1300 block of Shug Jordan Parkway. 
  • Theft of property fourth degree was reported at the 1600 block of Opelika Road. 
  • Driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn. 
  • Theft of property third degree and fraudulent use of credit/debit card were reported at the 1700  block of S. College Street. 

March 13: 

  • Theft of property first degree was reported at the 2200 block of E. University Drive. 
  • Identity theft was reported at the 200 block of Flagstone Place. 
  • Harassment was reported at the 1000 block of Zellars Avenue. 
  • Harassment was reported at the 1800 block of Shug Jordan Parkway. 
  • Theft of property was reported at the 1000 block of S. College Street. 
  • Drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana second degree, and possession of synthetic narcotic were reported in Auburn. 
  • Possession of marijuana second degree and drug paraphernalia were reported in Auburn. 
  • Domestic violence third degree was reported in Auburn.
