How to make a Valentine's 'Pink Bubbly' cocktail

Whether sharing it with a significant other or spending the day alone, Valentine's Day is the perfect time for a cocktail. Drink a Valentine's "Pink Bubbly" cocktail over a romantic dinner or on your own, either way it tastes delicious.

Ingredients: 

1 ounce raspberries

1 ounce water

1 cup sugar

1 bottle of champagne 

1 box of strawberry Kool-Aid

Directions:

1. Bring a pot of water to a simmer

2. Add 1 cup sugar to your pot of simmering water 

3. Wait for the sugar to dissolve, and then add 1 ounce raspberries

4. Let it reduce down until the raspberries have disintegrated

5. While waiting on the simple syrup, coat the rim of your glass(es) with water and dip them into a plate lightly coated with the strawberry Kool-Aid

6. Strain the raspberry simple syrup

7. Pour the simple syrup into the bottom of the glass

8. Top the glass off with the champagne 

9. Garnish with any left over raspberries
