Chewacla State Park was decided by The Plainsman staff as the ultimate first date spot in Auburn.
Chewacla has the perfect romantic scenery to help people’s love blossom. The trees hanging over the trail creates exquisite lighting for a first date — not too dark, but also not so bright that the sun is blinding. The cascading waterfalls that are just a short hike away set the perfect ambiance for a date.
For people who prefer a chill date setting, a hike is a great option. For people that are more active and want something a little exciting, Chewacla is home to many amazing biking trails. An outdoor venue is perfect for a first date because it is relaxed, casual and in the open. Chewacla State Park is definitely an amazing option for a first date in Auburn.
