An Auburn dominated crowd dotted by the colors of Arizona faithful fanned its way through 88 degrees of sunshine, humidity and super regional softball on Sunday. Sun and gloom took turns replacing the skies over a packed Jane B. Moore field for game two of the NCAA Tournament Regional in Auburn on Friday. The Auburn Tigers (50-9) took on the Jacksonville State Gamecocks (41-16) for 2 p.m. battle on The Plains, ending in walk-off fashion for the No. 4 seeded Tigers. Carlee Wallace brought in the 2-1 winning run with a sacrifice fly to right field.
