Dreams came true for four former Auburn football players during this weekend’s NFL Draft. All of Auburn’s four players drafted were on the defensive side of the ball. This is the first draft since 2013 that the Tigers did not have an offensive player drafted.

the Tigers on Wednesday Night as No. 7 Auburn softball beat Kennesaw State 7-3
at Jane B. Moore Field. Auburn (37-7) recorded 11 hits Wednesday night.

Stymied by the offensive explosion of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, the No. 11 Auburn Tigers fell on Tuesday night at Plainsman Park, 11-8. The Tigers scored eight runs and tallied nine hits, however the Yellow Jackets bested the home squad in both of those categories, recording 11 runs and a whopping 15 hits.

In front of a packed Plainsman Park, Auburn started off strong and held on late to defeat South Carolina 5-4. Auburn improved to 22-6 overall and 6-1 in SEC play. South Carolina dropped to 18-7 and 5-2 in the SEC.

Larry Porter was hired as Auburn’s tight end and H-back coach this offseason. This is a new territory for Porter as he has mainly coached running backs throughout his career. Porter also is going to serve as Auburn’s recruiting coordinator.

collegiate win on the mound and got the game winning hit for No. 16 Auburn on
Friday night as they defeated Georgia by a score of 2-1.

On Tuesday night in Atlanta, Auburn came out strong and never looked back as they defeated Georgia Tech 7-4. With the win, Auburn improved to 18-5 on the year, picking up their eighth win in a row.

Auburn failed to complete the sweep of Lipscomb on Sunday afternoon. The Tigers would fall at Plainsman Park by a final score of 8-7 in 10 innings. The loss brings Auburn to 7-3 on the season, and Lipscomb to 7-4 on the season.

James Madison's ace, Megan Good, proved to be too much for the Tigers to handle as the Dukes won 1-0 on Sunday afternoon. This was the first time Auburn has been shutout since April 7, 2015 when Auburn lost to Alabama 6-0. The loss dropped Auburn to 14-2 on the season, and improved James Madison to 12-2 overall.

No. 15 ranked Auburn Men’s Golf finished fifth at the All
American Intercollegiate with a score of 1 over par 289 on Sunday and 2 under
overall with a score of 862 for the tournament. The tournament took place at
the par 72, 7,067 yard AAI Course at the Golf Club of Houston.

The No. 4 Auburn equestrian team defeated conference foe No. 8 South Carolina by a score of 13-5 on Friday afternoon at the Auburn University Horse Center. The Tigers are now 4-2 overall and 2-1 in the SEC.
