Hunter Renfroe

Freshman in business analytics

"I want to be on the student council to advocate for expanding on-campus dining options and promoting the importance of Greek Life on Auburn’s campus. There are far too few options for eating on campus and I feel like Auburn would garner more incoming students with better dining options on its campus. Greek Life is at a crossroads and it’s ability to do good on college campuses outweighs the few, unfortunate instances where it has failed. The continued promotion of Greek Life at Auburn should promote its philanthropic efforts and the values that are instilled by Greek organizations in their members."

"By serving as your senator, I plan to represent the needs and desires of each student across campus to the faculty, administration, and all of SGA. I firmly believe that it is vital that every student feels included and welcome in student affairs and that their voice can be heard, not just those who hold positions on campus. Through my service as an at-large senator, I will improve this campus for current and future members of the Auburn family."

"I am running to be re-elected as an At-Large Senator because of my desire to serve the student body as a whole, but also be the voice for each individual student. I have taken advantage of numerous opportunities to voice the students needs to administration and create ideas that make Auburn even better. As an At-Large senator, I have a unique opportunity to gain feedback from all of campus and help promote and unify all Auburn students. I am looking forward to the opportunity to be even more creative this next year and finding more ways to help student enjoy their campus life. Let me know of your own ideas and visions for Auburn at sfj0005@auburn.edu. War Eagle!"
