Softball falls to Florida

The softball team lost the opening conference series of the year against No. 4 Florida after a 2-0 loss Sunday, March 10 at Jane B. Moore Field.

The Gators took the 1-0 lead in the third inning after Taylore Fuller hit a leadoff home run on the first pitch of the inning, and they would extend their lead in the fourth when Jessica Damico hit a sac fly to send in the second and last score of the day.
