Following a 197.200-196.625 home win vs. Missouri, the Auburn gymnastics team holds its spot at No. 8 in the Regional Qualifying Score national rankings with an average score of 196.720.
The Tigers posted their third-straight 197+ score in last week's win, and the 197.200 is the fourth-highest score in program history.
Oklahoma continues to hold the top spot with an average of 197.705, followed by Florida (197.440), Alabama (197.325), LSU (197.150) and Michigan (197.065). Rounding out the top 10 is Utah (197.020), UCLA (196.825), Arkansas (196.460) and Georgia (196.375).
Auburn also ranks seventh nationally on floor (49.365), eighth on vault (49.195), eighth on bars (49.240) and 11th on beam (49.120). Individually, senior Caitlin Atkinson is ranked sixth in all-around with an average score of 39.450.
The Tigers return to action this week with a road meet at No. 10 Georgia on Friday, March 4 at 6 p.m.
