Bebe Rexha will no longer perform at Auburn Airwaves, the University Program Council funded concert, because of a counter offer.
UPC President Briana Carter said the "long, long process of finalizing a contract" ended with Rexha choosing the offer to perform live in another arena.
Carter said UPC is looking into other options for performers and the decision should be made within the next week or two. She said the team has to check the availability of the artists that fit their budget for the event.
There are no definite considerations for the spot at the moment.
