Auburn's move in NCAA Tournament projections minimal despite recent defeats

Auburn’s game on Tuesday at Arkansas will conclude what has been its most difficult month of the 2017-18 season, and while February has been no collapse for the Tigers, a slight setback in their NCAA Tournament projections among experts has occurred.

In the days following its 93-81 win over Vanderbilt on Feb. 3, it was hard to find Auburn being projected any worse than a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, and multiple college basketball experts had the Tigers pegged as a No. 1 seed.

Auburn (24-5, 12-4 SEC) has dropped three of six games since, with all three losses coming to unranked opponents (Texas A&M, at South Carolina, at Florida).

With less than two weeks remaining until Selection Sunday, here are the most updated NCAA Tournament projections on where the Tigers will land.
