Despite recently being ruled ineligible for the 2017-18 season, Austin Wiley was still on the court inside Auburn Arena Wednesday night.
With his Kentucky Wildcats in town to face No. 10 Auburn, USA basketball coach John Calipari presented Wiley with an award for his strong play this past summer.
The Birmingham, AL native averaged 10.3 points and 10.9 rebounds in the 2017 FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup.
Wiley joined the Tigers midway through last season and had a strong freshman season, averaging 8.8 points and 4.7 rebounds in 18 minutes per game.
