Students who will be in town for spring break will have a variety of opportunities to volunteer with tornado relief.

Tiger Transit buses will take willing students from the Auburn University band-field parking lot at the intersection of West Thach Avenue and Hemlock Drive to volunteer sites on March 11-15. Buses will leave at 8:30 a.m. each day. Volunteers should expect to stay until 4:30 p.m.

Upon arrival at their designated sites, volunteers will be checked in and provided with additional instruction.

Transit buses will bring students back to the parking lot at the end of each day.

Volunteers should bring a photo ID with them, and a completed hold-harnless agreement is required to participate. Anyone under the age of 19 must have a parental signature on the agreement.

Students can sign up on AUinvolve, and the hold-harnless agreement can be found here.
