Auburn University received 2,000 more doses of the Moderna vaccine around 10 a.m. Monday morning.

In an email sent to students and faculty, the University said that they now have enough to give second doses to those who have been waiting for them. The University contacted those who are eligible for second doses on Monday.

Prioritization will be given to those who need a second dose, and the remaining supply will be administered as first doses. More information on the University’s phased vaccine distribution plan can be found here.
