Auburn soccer has added Virginia Tech transfer Grace Sklopan to its 2021 signing class, the program announced Tuesday.

The midfielder started in all 36 games the last two seasons and played over 3,100 minutes in the midfield. In 2020-21, the Alexandria, Virginia, native led the Hokies with 1,489 minutes in 17 contests.

Sklopan was primarily used as a defensive midfielder during her three-year career with the Hokies. She appeared in 57-of-58 games and made 39 starts. Despite being used as a holding midfielder, she still recorded three points during her time at Virginia Tech as she scored a goal and tallied an assist.

The Alexandria, Virginia, native is not the only transfer that the Tigers have signed this offseason, as they added Eastern Michigan forward Sabrina McNeil earlier this month.
