At the City Council meeting on August 3, parents of students at Auburn City Schools came to protest the decision from the Auburn Board of Education to require masks for the first six weeks of school while indoors and on school buses.
But at the most recent meeting on August 17, others came out to support it, saying those who were protesting were in the minority. Community reporter Caroline Craig explains what these parents had to say.
