The 2021-2022 Auburn basketball Southeastern Conference schedule has been released.
The schedule, released by the SEC Thursday, is highlighted by a home-and-home series against Alabama, Ole Miss and Georgia. The Tigers will also play two games against Florida and South Carolina during the season.
Auburn’s league play begins Dec. 29, in Auburn Arena, against LSU.
The team will then begin 2022 on Jan. 4 at South Carolina before coming back to Auburn Arena to face Florida on Jan. 8.
Two road games against Alabama on Jan. 11 and Ole Miss on Jan. 15 follow before the Tigers play two straight home games against Georgia on Jan. 19 and recent rival Kentucky on Jan. 22.
After traveling to Missouri on Jan. 25, Auburn will face future league opponent Oklahoma for the first time in school history in the Big 12/SEC Challenge on Jan. 29.
To start February, the Tigers host Alabama on Feb. 1. Consecutive road matches against Georgia on Feb. 5 and Arkansas on Feb. 8 will follow.
Texas A&M will come to Auburn on Feb. 12 with a game against Vanderbilt also at home on Feb. 16. This will be the Tigers' lone meeting against the two programs.
Closing out the season, the Tigers will wrap up their home-and-home stands against Florida on Feb. 19 and Ole Miss on Feb. 23 before a trip to Knoxville to play Tennessee on Feb. 26.
The Tigers' final two games of the season are a game in Starkville, Mississippi against Mississippi State on March 2 and the last game of the year being a home stand against South Carolina on March 5.
The SEC tournament will be hosted in Tampa Bay, Florida for the first time since 2009. The games will be played in Amalie Arena from March 9-13.
