Auburn ranked No. 13 in first College Football Playoff rankings

Auburn is ranked No. 13 in the first College Football Playoff Top 25 rankings, which were released on Tuesday.

Now second place in the SEC West, Auburn is one rank ahead of its next opponent, the Texas A&M Aggies.

The Aggies were ranked No. 14 in the nation by the Playoff committee. The Aggies are currently on a three-game winning streak, with wins over then-No. 1 Alabama, Missouri and South Carolina.

Kickoff in College Station, Texas, is set for 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, November 6 and will be broadcast on CBS.
