Auburn and head coach Hugh Freeze took a step in the right direction in its 2025 recruiting class Monday evening when 4-star EDGE Jakaleb Faulk announced his commitment to Auburn.
Faulk chose the Tigers while holding offers from Alabama, Georgia, Clemson and Florida.
Faulk, the 13th-ranked EDGE and 111th overall player in the class of 2025 according to 247Sports and a native of Highland Home, Alabama, stands at 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, recruited by safeties coach Zac Etheridge and linebackers coach Josh Aldridge.
The top-200 recruit became the second recruit in the 11th-ranked 2025 recruiting class, joining 3-star defensive lineman Malik Autry who plays at Opelika High School.
Faulk gets a chance to play his older brother Keldric Faulk, who joined Auburn’s roster after signing in the class of 2023 and plays defensive end.
