Auburn continues to build its 2025 class, picking up the commitment of 4-star defensive lineman Kalen Edwards Monday evening.
With his pledge, Edwards became Auburn’s seventh commitment of the 2025 class, pushing the Tigers to the fifth-rated class in the nation.
The Tigers were able to steal the prospect away from fellow SEC schools, with Edwards choosing Auburn over offers from Tennessee, Missouri, Georgia and Arkansas.
Hailing from Dyersburg, Tennessee, and attending Dyersburg High School, Edwards stands at 6 feet 4 inches tall and 330 pounds. Edwards is the 28th overall defensive line prospect in the country according to 247Sports, and he was primarily recruited by defensive lineman coach Jeremy Garrett.
The top-300 recruit joins fellow defensive line commits 4-star Malik Autry, 4-star Jakaleb Faulk and 4-star Jourdin Crawford as Freeze adds another piece to the Tigers trenches.
