ESPN’s College GameDay will return to Auburn for a fourth time ahead of the Tigers’ game against Kentucky on Saturday, Feb. 17, it was announced Saturday. It marks the fourth time in the last five seasons the show has visited Auburn, with the only exception being the 2020-21 season in which the show did not travel.
The show is hosted by Rece Davis who is joined by analysts Jay Bilas, Seth Greenberg, Jay Williams and Andraya Carter, as well as reporter Christine Williamson. Auburn is GameDay’s fourth men’s basketball location of the season, joining Arkansas, North Carolina and Kansas.
Auburn is 2-1 in GameDay’s previous three trips to the Plains. The Tigers defeated Kentucky in 2020 and Texas A&M in 2022 before falling to Alabama in 2023.
It continues a recent tradition of the show broadcasting from the Plains ahead of the annual AUTLIVE Cancer game. Each of the show’s four appearances at Auburn has come on the day of the AUTLIVE game, putting the Tigers’ fight against cancer in the national spotlight annually.
The show’s live broadcast from Neville Arena will air at 10 a.m. CST and the contest between the Tigers and Wildcats will be shown at 5 p.m. CST on ESPN. Dan Shulman, Bilas and Jess Sims will have the call of the game.
