Auburn men’s basketball officially started practice and on top of that received the commitment of four-star shooting guard Simon Walker.
Currently enrolled at Huntsville High School, the Alabama native chose the Tigers over Virginia Tech and Iowa and is the 134th ranked player in the class, per 247Sports.
The second-ranked player in Alabama is listed at 6-foot-4 and 175 pounds.
After taking his official visit on September 13, Walker becomes Bruce Pearls first commitment in the class of 2025.
In his junior season, he averaged 11 points, four assists, and three rebounds per game and displayed an elite ability to shoot from a distance.
Pearl and his staff start the season hot as they look to add more to their 2025 class.
