Five-star quarterback, per 247 Sports, Deuce Knight officially signed with Auburn on Wednesday morning following through on his commitment on October 2.
Knight, a native of Lucedale, MS, played quarterback at George County high school and threw for 2082 yards, completing 100 of his 165 attempts with 24 touchdowns to just five interceptions during his senior season.
The 6-foot-4 quarterback was rated 95 by 247 Sports which put him as the sixth highest rated quarterback in the country for the class of 2025.
Knight also rushed for a total of 450 yards his senior season averaging 6.1 yards per carry with nine touchdowns on the season. The incoming freshman for Auburn had 74 carries during his senior season with a long of 68.
The five-star quarterback previously committed to Notre Dame on September 18, 2023 but flipped to Auburn in October after taking three visits during Auburn’s first five home games to start the 2024 season.
The future true freshman quarterback will join Walker White as currently the only two scholarship quarterbacks on Auburn's 2025 roster.
Knight marks the 12th signee to make it official with Hugh Freeze and the program today as the class currently sits at No. 5 in the nation in the 247 Sports team rankings.
