After a short one-year stint in orange and blue, redshirt senior defensive lineman Gage Keys is set to enter the transfer portal when it opens on December 9.
Rated as a three-star in the 247 Sports transfer portal rankings a year ago, Keys did not record a stat while at Auburn and spent most of his time as a scout team player. Signing with Minnesota out of high school, Keys recorded five tackles before transferring to Kansas in 2023 where he racked up 21 tackles.
The 6-foot-4 defensive lineman was ranked as the No. 836 player in the 2020 class by 247 Sports. He will have one year of eligibility remaining.
Keys marks the Tigers’ fourth departure since the conclusion of the season.
