Auburn men's basketball is set to clash with Wisconsin on Dec. 19, 2026, at Bridgestone Arena, according to On3.com
The SEC–Big Ten showdown in Music City will mark just the second meeting in program history and the first since 2006, when Wisconsin defeated Auburn 77-63 at the South Padre Island Invitational.
The Badgers finished the 2025-26 season with a 24-11 record and earned a No. 5 seed in the West Region before falling to No. 12 High Point 83-82 in a heartbreaker.
In Steven Pearl’s first year at the helm, Auburn went 17-16 and failed to receive an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2021.
After accepting a bid to the National Invitation Tournament (NIT), the Tigers have won four straight and will play Tulsa in the title game Sunday night.
Tahaad Pettiford (0) celebrates play against Illinois State in Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Ind. on April 2, 2026.
Auburn wasn’t afraid of a battle this season, playing the No. 3 strength of schedule, and with the Badgers now added to a non-conference slate next season that includes Arizona, it doesn’t appear that will change.
