The Tigers got a much-needed win tonight in Auburn Arena taking down the University of South Carolina Gamecocks. What started as a dominating performance by Auburn quickly turned into a fight down to the final whistle. Auburn won the first set 25-16 and seemed to be ready to coast to a sweep.

For the second straight game the Tigers have lost on the road in 5 sets. This is also the second straight SEC loss for the Tigers making them 4-5 in conference play. Auburn fell to LSU last week in another thrilling back and fourth and tonights match was no different. Auburn lead Arkansas in almost every statistic yet still couldn't find a way to pull it out.
