The Student Government Association will be hosting a voter-registration drive ahead of the 2018 election season.
“Use your voice, use your vote to see the change that you want to see in the world,” said SGA President Dane Block. “It’s our civic duty to be registered to vote and practice that right. There’s people out in the world that don’t have that right.”
Representatives from SGA will be on Haley Concourse from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17, assisting with registration.
“I think the coolest part is that our generation cares more than ever about the policies that are going on worldwide, nationwide, statewide, even down to our community,” Block said.
